Membership
As Standley Lake’s sole rowing club, PEAK welcomes masters, juniors, adaptive rowers and veterans. The wakeless reservoir is open to non-motorized boating May 1 to Sept 30. Park entry opens at sunrise with water access 7 am to 8 pm.
PEAK Rowing Membership

2025 Fees
Membership Only: $315 (5% discount if paid in full by March 15)
1x Rack Space + Secure Oar & Sling Storage: +$315 (5% discount if paid in full by March 15)
2x Rack Space + Secure Oar & Sling Storage": +$420 (5% discount if paid in full by March 15)
Annual Paddlers Permit: $125 for those renting rack space. $65 for those without private boats. Payable to the City of Westminster. Discounts apply for seniors, military and persons with disabilities.
+$25 Basic US Rowing Membership for all members.
A limited number of memberships and rack spaces are available.
Returning members with private shells must renew in full by March 15 to be considered for priority rack spaces. After that date, rack spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Members without private shells will be limited to 22. Returning members will receive priority if they renew in full by March 15.
Returning and New Members

Returning members log in to BoatHouseConnect.com, navigate to My Groups under Groups, and request to join General Member 2025 + 1x Boat Storage, 2x Boat Storage, if applicable.
New members with an existing BoatHouseConnect.com account can log in, select Peak Rowing under New Organization, and request to join.
New members new to BoatHouseConnect.com can select New User and follow the prompts.
